Definitely a big change for this home. We installed Heritage red vinyl siding, along with new black fascia and onyx soffit. We also wrapped all the windows and doors with black aluminum. While we were there we installed a new door and added a window upstairs. We also installed a new porch ceiling with black wrapped border and new outside lighting around the house. Then to finish it off we installed 6″ black seamless gutter and downspouts. I would also like a benefits section stating * vinyl siding is an inexpensive low maintenance option that can increase the overall value of your home! Unlike wood, vinyl siding you can choose your color choice and avoid the paint! Vinyl siding will give your home curb appeal while also having the ability to lower your heating and cooling bills!
